Returns and Refunds Policy – 226ers South Africa

At 226ers, we are committed to providing the highest quality nutritional supplements to support athletes and sports enthusiasts in achieving their goals. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make your shopping experience seamless. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  •  Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items unless they are defective or damaged.

2.⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable Items

We regret that we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used supplements (unless defective).
  • Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales.
  • Gift cards.

3.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide a detailed description and photos of the issue.
  3. Upon review, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

4.⁠ ⁠How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  • Provide your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions, including a return shipping address.

5.⁠ ⁠Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error in the order.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during transit.

6.⁠ ⁠Refunds

  •  Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7.⁠ ⁠Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for the same product if it is defective or damaged.
  • If you wish to exchange for a different product, a new order must be placed, and the original item must be returned according to the return policy.
