Delivery Times

• Orders placed and paid for before 10 AM will be processed and shipped on the same business day.
• Orders processed after 10 PM will be shipped on the next business day.
• Orders are confirmed once payment reflects in our system.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Gauteng: 1-3 business days
• Other Major Centres: 1-3 business days
• Regional Towns: 1-4 business days

Delivery Terms

• The courier service does not accept cash or payments on behalf of our company and operates during office hours only (Monday to Friday).
• Delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice.
• Delivery costs for larger items, such as equipment and furniture, will be quoted at the time of order.

Back Orders

For items on backorder, we strive to process and ship them as quickly as possible once they become available.
