HOW TO USE: 

1: High Fructose drink mix ( mix in 750ml bottle use throughout race)

2: Isotonic Drink mix ( Mix all 3 in 1.5l USWE or Hydration pack , Sip through Race)

3: Energy Drink Sub 9 ( Mix in 750ml bottle to take throughout the race) 

4: High Energy Gel & High Fructose Gel, (Take 1 HE at Start then alternate between the two every 45-60 Minutes minutes 

4: Raceday Bars (Try Consume bar every 2 Hours)

5: Energy Shot ( Take last hour of the race or when you can feel you are completely empty)
