It is a protein-rich, keto shake, high in proteins and fats, low in carbohydrates and sugars, perfect for ketogenic diets.

Gluten-free and without added sugars, since only erythritol and stevia have been used as sweeteners. These do not raise blood sugar and insulin levels, favouring the consumption of fats to obtain energy.

Keto Protein is a protein-rich shake suitable for ketogenic diets, formulated with 30% - 35% of fats, 35% of protein and only 2.4 grams of net carbohydrate per take, with less than 1 g of sugar.

The Keto Protein formula keep blood sugar and insulin levels low, and so the body easily turns to consuming stored fats to obtain energy, prolonging the state of ketosis.
